Approach:
Peel the potatoes and cut into slightly thick slices, approx. 3-4 mm thick. Place the slices in a buttered baking dish. Put in a 200 °C oven for approx. 30 minutes.
Cut the chicken into suitable serving pieces and place on top of the potatoes. Mix together crème fraîche, mango chutney, chili sauce, pressed garlic, curry, paprika powder, pepper, stock powder and dried tarragon. Spread the mixture on the chicken and potato mold and continue baking for 15-20 minutes at 180°C.
Serve this liberally spiced dish with a fresh salad.
