Approach:
Cut the grilled chicken into portions. If necessary, heat the chicken at 180 °C for approx. 20 minutes. Arrange the chicken pieces on a platter.
For the sauce, mix mayonnaise and light cream. Dice the apples and quickly toss them into the sauce so they don’t darken. Clean and finely chop the celery and cut the pineapple into bite-sized pieces. Season the salad with salt, pepper and sugar. At the very end, sprinkle coarsely chopped walnut kernels.
