Approach:

Rinse and dry the lettuce. Tear the zucchini into smaller pieces.
Wash, dry and cut the turnip into cubes. Delicious, freshly picked turnips available throughout the summer do not need to be peeled. But if you wish, you can peel them with a potato peeler.
